About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in networking, pitching, and closing deals, and want to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Pitch company services/products effectively and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
