Job Status:
Position Title: Business Development Executive
Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time / Contract
Generate new business leads and acquire clients for IT staffing and solutions services.
Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, LinkedIn, networking events, and other business channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable talent/solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide regular reports on pipeline, client interactions, and business opportunities.
Proven 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in IT staffing/services).
Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, and business directories.
Experience in handling direct clients/MSPs is a plus.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-starter with a positive attitude.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Understanding of US IT staffing business, engagement models (Contract, Permanent, C2H), and basic visa/immigration terms (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.) is desirable.
