Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can follow up on business leads, visit potential clients, understand their requirements, present our products/services, and convert qualified leads into customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in face-to-face communication, client handling, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential clients based on leads provided by the company.
• Understand client requirements and explain suitable DythonAI products/services.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations or coordinate demos when required.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Build relationships with potential customers.
• Handle basic sales discussions and move qualified prospects toward conversion.
• Keep lead status and follow-up information updated.
• Coordinate with the internal team during the sales process.
• Achieve conversions from assigned leads.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with visiting clients and travelling locally for meetings.
• Confident in face-to-face sales discussions.
• Ability to follow up consistently with prospects.
• Basic understanding of digital products/services is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or field sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have a professional approach and ability to work independently.

Compensation

Commission-based only.

There is no fixed salary for this role. Commission will be paid for successfully converted leads, as per the company's applicable commission structure.
